Job Description : We are seeking a talented PHP Developer with a strong background in Perl and C++ to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and maintaining web applications with PHP, as well as familiarity with scripting in Perl and C++ for performance-critical tasks. The role will involve developing and optimizing software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code. Key Responsibilities : – Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using PHP. – Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for new and existing projects. – Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. – Develop and optimize scripts and utilities using Perl for automation and system administration tasks. – Work on performance-critical systems and write efficient, high-performance code using C++. – Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for better performance and security. – Collaborate with the QA team to ensure code quality and functionality through comprehensive testing. – Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards. – Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to PHP, Perl, and C++ Skills & Qualifications : – Proven experience in PHP development, including frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or Zend. – Strong proficiency in Perl for scripting, automation, and system tasks. – Solid experience with C++, particularly for building performance-sensitive applications. – Understanding of database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar, including writing efficient queries. – Familiarity with modern software development tools, version control systems (Git), and Agile methodologies. – Excellent problem-solving skills, with a passion for coding and optimizing applications. – Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment. – Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-paced Qualifications : – Experience with web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx) and server-side technologies. – Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. – Familiarity with cloud technologies, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines. – Experience in developing API services and integrating third-party APIs (ref:hirist.tech)
