About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HRSD Specialist with expertise in HR service delivery systems and portal management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources processes, an ability to provide technical support for HR systems, and experience in managing and enhancing HR service delivery portals.

About You:

You will play a key role in optimizing the portal interface, enhancing user experience, and ensuring efficient HR service delivery. You will work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between the HR portal and other HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).

Key Responsibilities:

- Portal Management: Oversee the administration and functionality of HR portals, ensuring that the user experience is seamless and aligned with organizational needs.
- User Support & Training: Provide support to employees, HR staff, and managers using the HR portal. Deliver training sessions to enhance portal navigation and usage.
- HR Service Delivery Optimization: Collaborate with HR teams to enhance processes, ensuring that the HR portal meets all service delivery requirements and best practices.
- System Integration: Work with the IT department to troubleshoot issues, implement system upgrades, and ensure the HR portal integrates effectively with other HR systems (such as payroll, benefits, and performance management systems).
- Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of HR data entered and accessed through the portal. Maintain and update records in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Reporting & Analytics: Assist in generating reports and dashboards through the HR portal, using data to drive continuous improvement in HR services and employee satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement continuous improvements to enhance the overall HR service delivery experience for employees and managers.
- Compliance: Ensure that the HR portal aligns with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR service delivery, HR systems, or HR technology, with specific experience managing or working with HR portals.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HR software platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS systems. Experience working with HR portals or self-service platforms is highly preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, benefits, payroll, and performance management.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the HR portal.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to provide clear and concise instructions to portal users.
- Project Management: Experience managing or contributing to HR system implementation or enhancement projects is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred Skills:

- ServiceNow Certification: Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module or similar service management platforms.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of HR compliance and data security regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
Certification in HR technology (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) is a plus.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making.
