Product Development Engineer – Wide VIN Buck

The Wide VIN Buck product line at Texas Instruments develops high-voltage switching controllers for industrial, automotive, and enterprise markets. To drive growth in this area, we are expanding our team in India to own, drive, and accelerate the execution of the product and technology roadmap.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of product development from definition to release to market, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Develop and implement product roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Process, Manufacturing, Test, Marketing, QA/Reliability, and Program Management.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in analog circuits, driving innovation and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Act as a central resource for product issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product engineering on complex products/projects.
  • Solid understanding of analog circuits and principles.
