CTC : Upto 5 LPA

Shift: Rotational Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and messaging platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Meet personal and team targets for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify trends in customer queries and communicate suggestions for improvement.
