Shift: Rotational Shift

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and messaging platforms.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Meet personal and team targets for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Identify trends in customer queries and communicate suggestions for improvement.
