Responsibilities:
- Assist USA customers through answering inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Be capable of handling international calls with ease and confidence.
- Work in rotational night shifts, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written communication.
- Basic technical knowledge of routers, modems, IP addresses, and troubleshooting steps.
