Technical Support Voice Process

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Voice Professional to join our team at Movate, formerly known as CSS Corp.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing top-notch customer service to USA customers via inbound calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist USA customers through answering inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Be capable of handling international calls with ease and confidence.
  • Work in rotational night shifts, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written communication.
  • Basic technical knowledge of routers, modems, IP addresses, and troubleshooting steps.
