JOB DESCRIPTION Open Position Backend Developer (SDE II) Location Bangalore (Remote role) Experience 4 – 5 Years Must-Have : JAVA DSA Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days Job Responsibilities : – Take ownership of end-to-end design and architecture for complex systems. – Partner with product and business teams to convert requirements into high-level and low-level designs. – Drive the development of mission-critical applications by contributing to the teams overall technology vision. – Develop maintainable, scalable, and efficient code aligned with industry standards. – Apply advanced algorithms and data structures to solve complex problems with optimized performance. – Work collaboratively in an agile environment and lead cross-functional discussions to ensure successful project delivery. Mandatory Skills : – Programming Skills : Proficiency in Java. – Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) : Strong expertise in implementation and optimization. – CS Fundamentals : Comprehensive knowledge of computer science principles. – Design Skills : Expertise in data modeling, low-level class design, and design patterns. – Additional Skills : Extensive experience with databases and Linux/Unix platforms. Desired Qualifications : – B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed institution. – Proven ability to work with object-oriented programming and follow best design practices.
