We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in Chattarpur, South Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- The UI/UX design process across Dentalkart’s web and mobile platforms
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visuals
- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, tech, and marketing
- Maintain and evolve our design system and UI style guidelines
- Use analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve design solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio in e-commerce
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Experience with user research, A/B testing, and usability evaluation
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Portfolio submission is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design (B.Des.) or a related field
- Experience mentoring or managing junior designers
- Understanding of e-commerce and quick commerce conversion optimization techniques
