Job Description

Responsibilities : – Overall experience of 8-10 years – Hands on experience on Hyperion Interactive reporting – Preferred to have migration project experience – Good analytical communication skills. – Look for someone with Hyperion Interatcive reporting or look for someone who has worked on Brio. – Hyperion Interactive Reporting was previously known as BrioQuery. Key Skills : – Hyperion Interactive Reporting. – BrioQuery / Brio Intelligence Tools. – Oracle Hyperion Suite. – Data Analysis & Reporting. – Migration Projects (Hyperion to OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) – Business Intelligence & Reporting Tools. – SQL, PL/SQL (optional but helpful). – Good communication and stakeholder management. – Analytical thinking and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities : – Design and develop reports and dashboards using Hyperion Interactive Reporting Studio. – Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. – Develop and maintain data models, queries, and reporting solutions. – Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various source systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Essbase, etc.). – Optimize report performance and troubleshoot data or report-related issues. – Support end users with ad-hoc queries and reporting tools. – Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across reports. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT. – Maintain documentation for processes, queries, and reporting assets. – Migrate reports between development, test, and production environments as needed. Required Qualifications : – Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. – Experience in Hyperion Interactive Reporting (Brio) development. – Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.). – Familiarity with Hyperion suite tools (Essbase, HFM, Planning) is a plus. – Understanding of financial systems and enterprise data structures. – Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. – Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical Skills : – Experience with OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools. – Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle EBS or PeopleSoft. – Scripting skills (e.g., Shell, Python, etc.) for automation tasks. – Experience with report migration or Hyperion upgrade projects. – Requirement gathering and report designing.
