Job Title: Power BI Data Analyst

About the Role:

• Collaborate with IT Infrastructure technology teams to understand data visualization requirements and translate data from various sources into effective Microsoft Power BI dashboards.
• Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly reports, dashboards, and interactive data visualizations to present complex insights in a comprehensible manner.
• Build Microsoft Power BI-based visualization dashboards for analysis of various IT Infrastructure metrics.
• Create and manage consistent data refreshes to ensure accurate up-to-date information is available in Dashboards.
• Create and maintain documentation on all owned Microsoft Power BI reports and dashboards.

About You:

• 3-4 years of experience in developing Business Intelligence solutions based on Microsoft Tabular models, including Excel and Power BI visualization.
• Progressive experience in data visualization, database management, analytics, and automation.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and development experience in Microsoft Power BI dashboards.
• Proven ability to synthesize data, interpret data, and process observations into user-friendly reports and dashboards.
• Experience working with IT Infrastructure and cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
• Experience in advanced SQL and Python or other programming languages is preferred.
• Certification in Microsoft Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
