Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven BI & Data Warehousing Tech Manager (Presales + Architect + Project Manager) to lead the delivery of data-centric projects using Oracle technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle BI tools and platforms, with proven experience in both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project methodologies. This role requires exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of data architecture and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end BI and Data Warehousing projects, leveraging Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
Lead teams of individual contributors and consultants, ensuring high performance and accountability across all project phases.
Monitor and manage consultant activities, including reviewing status reports, resolving resource issues, and proactively engaging in performance evaluations.
Bridge the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
Oversee the architecture, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and related Oracle BI tools.
Drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, and BI solutions.
Establish and enforce best practices in data modeling, ETL processes, and BI reporting standards.
Provide hands-on guidance in data modeling, including Dimensional Modeling, Star Schema, and Snowflake Schema.
Stay current with emerging trends in data analytics, cloud computing, and enterprise data warehousing to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing project management.
Proven expertise in Oracle BI technologies including OAC and ODI.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects concurrently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
