Role Overview
The Customer Relationship Manager will handle customer interactions, resolve queries, manage orders, and drive customer loyalty through excellent service. The role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers via WhatsApp, email, social media, and phone .
Manage order inquiries, tracking, exchanges, and returns.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service.
Maintain customer data using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to enhance the customer experience.

Skills & Requirements
1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi .
Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and e-commerce platforms .
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
