Role Overview
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with up to 2 years of experience who has a keen eye for modern design, user experience principles, and interaction design. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Figma and capable of transforming complex business requirements into seamless, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
Conduct user research and create personas, user flows, and journey maps
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive and scalable designs
Ensure responsive and accessible designs across web and mobile applications
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices
Work on branding, color schemes, typography, and visual hierarchy
Gather user feedback and iterate designs for optimal usability
Required Skills & Qualifications
0-2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping) is a must
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
Ability to think creatively and solve UX problems efficiently
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end development is a plus
Experience in user testing and research methodologies is an advantage
Strong collaboration and communication skills
