We’re Hiring: Head of Digital Marketing

Location: Calicut (On-site, Full-time)

Experience: 2–4 years + team-leading experience

Yes, you — the one who knows exactly what a killer campaign looks like, who eats Meta Ads for breakfast and dreams in CTRs and ROIs. We’re One Percent Abroad, Kerala’s only top university consultancy, and we’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Head to take our brand to the next galaxy

What you’ll be doing (aka your superpowers):

• Running the entire show — from planning ad campaigns to cracking leads that convert
• Leading a small but mighty team of content creators and performance hustlers
• Working with our tech + ops team to automate things like a boss (think WhatsApp, email, CRM)
• Boosting our online presence — SEO, reels, campaigns, you name it
• Keeping an eye on the numbers (ROAS, CAC, conversion rates… yep, we speak that too)
• Building a brand that people trust and love

What we’re looking for:

• 2–4 years of solid digital marketing experience (bonus if it’s in education or a startup)
• You’ve led a team before (even a small one) and they still talk to you
• You know Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, CRM tools, and have tried a few automation hacks
• You’re equal parts creative and strategic (also a meme-lover is welcome)
• Most importantly — you’re hungry to grow and build something meaningful
