Talasha has been mandated to hire a Digital Marketing Manager for a creative marketing agency that builds standout brands and campaigns with a collaborative, cross-functional approach. This 10 year old boutique firm services food, fashion & lifestyle brands in 360 degree marketing
Responsibilities –
- Strategise and oversee 360 degree marketing campaigns & content execution – Develop and own monthly/quarterly 360 degree marketing plans for clients. Lead the creation of social media calendars, digital marketing campaign ideas, content strategy and brand-building initiatives. Work closely with creative, production, and design teams to ensure timely, relevant output.
- Manage internal workflows and execution – Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery for your portfolio of clients. Remove bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and set up internal SOPs to support productivity. Maintain project management systems and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration
- Lead client accounts & interactions – Serve as the primary point of contact for allocated clients. Maintain strong relationships through regular communication, trust-building, and proactive problem solving
- Build and manage the team – Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team across content, marketing, strategy, and account management. Create a collaborative team culture with strong internal communication and accountability. Lead performance reviews and professional development of your team members
- Drive Vertical P&L – Monitor your allotted clients revenue, expenses, and profit margins monthly. Manage retainers, project scopes, and billing cycles. Take ownership of financial health and reporting for your vertical.
Good to Have –
- At least 4 years 360 degree digital marketing experience across brand marketing, social media & performance marketing
- Prior experience in marketing for food, fashion & lifestyle brands
- Prior experience leading a team & client interactions
- Strong communication skills
Location – Mumbai (Marine Lines)
CTC – Upto Rs.10-11LPA (Fixed 70%, Variable 30%)
