Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join us. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and helping drive a positive workplace culture.

₹6,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum
Availability:

Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
Coordinate payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Handle employee queries regarding HR-related issues and policies
Assist in performance management processes
Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communication
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards
Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in an HR role is an advantage
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality

Preferred Skills (Optional):
Familiarity with labor laws and statutory requirements
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus
