As we expand our presence in the Indian market, we are seeking experienced and well-connected commercial professionals who can actively bring in clients and projects.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (or Manager, depending on experience) with a proven track record of acquiring clients in the fields of architecture and engineering design. The ideal candidate is not just a networker, but a deal-closer—someone who understands the AEC industry, has a portfolio of secured past projects or clients, and can confidently open doors to real commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and secure new clients for architectural and engineering design services, including developers, contractors, consultants, and public agencies.
- Build, present, and negotiate tailored commercial proposals and contracts.
- Leverage your professional portfolio, client base, and industry connections to generate qualified leads.
- Monitor opportunities through tender platforms, prequalifications, and public-private initiatives.
- Represent Mistahou India Private Limited in high-level business meetings, industry events, and strategic forums.
- Collaborate with internal design and technical teams to align services with market demands.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of business development experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) sector.
- A verifiable portfolio of past deals, clients acquired, or tender awards secured.
- In-depth knowledge of the Indian real estate and infrastructure market (private and public sector).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to operate independently or within a remote team.
Preferred (but not mandatory):
- Experience working with international firms or design studios.
- Knowledge of PPP (public-private partnership) models and government tendering procedures.
