Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive at our Noida location. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing online and web application support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving customer service issues. The role involves daily interactions with customers to assist them with their non-technical problems, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications
Experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction role.
Proficiency in Online Support and providing Technical Support on web based applications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented attitude
Prior experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
