Job Title: Customer Success & Systems Trainee (6–9 Month Paid Internship)

Location: Delhi (Kailash Colony office)

Commitment: Full‑time, 6–9 months, with potential conversion to full‑time

Time Off: 2nd & 4th Saturdays

The Role

As our Customer Success & Systems Trainee, you’ll be applying your expertise in Make (Integromat), Zapier, Airtable (or similar CRMs) to implement and refine the workflows we design. You’ll rotate through critical functions—from documenting SOPs to analyzing performance to hands‑on customer care—gaining a 360° view of startup operations and owning real projects from Day 1.

What You’ll Do

Months 0–2: SOP & Workflow Automation

  • Translate high‑level process maps into working automations in Make, Zapier, Airtable, etc.
  • Document step‑by‑step procedures (SOPs) so the team can follow and improve them.

Months 2–4: Performance Analysis

  • Define and track KPIs for customer health and operational efficiency.
  • Mine data, spot bottlenecks, and recommend refinements in our workflows.

Months 4–6: Customer Care & Optimization

  • Manage post‑sale touchpoints: onboarding check‑ins, issue resolution, relationship building.
  • Fine‑tune processes based on real user feedback and performance metrics.

Along the way you will:

  • Rotate through roles in systems design, customer success, and even sales & marketing.
  • Collaborate directly with founders—your insights will shape our product and operations.
  • Solve hard problems that matter: every automation you build and process you refine goes live.

Who You Are

  • Already proficient with Make (Integromat), Zapier, Airtable or comparable automation/CRM tools
  • Strong at mapping processes, documenting clear SOPs, and turning them into working automations
  • Analytical—comfortable defining metrics, digging into data, and surfacing actionable insights
  • A communicator—able to liaise with customers, founders, and engineers with clarity and empathy
  • A self‑starter—thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and takes ownership end‑to‑end
