What You’ll Be Doing:Design creatives for social media, including Instagram posts, reels, carousels, and stories.Create visuals for campaigns, in-store signage, packaging, decks, and digital touchpoints.Collaborate on brand campaigns, events, and product launches.Maintain and evolve Roastery’s visual identity while pushing creative boundaries.Translate briefs into thoughtful, emotion-led visual communication.Occasionally dabble in light motion/animation for digital platforms (a plus, not mandatory).
What We’re Looking For2–4 years of full-time design experience in branding, digital content, or F&B/lifestyleStrong portfolio showcasing your ability to design with tone, mood, and storytellingProficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and/or FigmaA strong eye for typography, layout, colour, and textureSomeone who thinks beyond aesthetics, understands brand, emotion, and functionComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
