Job Description
Assisted development of Project Plan, milestones, schedules,
Communication Plan, Risk Analysis, and Issue/Action register. Mentor
to be assigned (Peer or PMO Management)
Single point of contact (SPOC) to client and Pomeroy stakeholders for
all project activities and weekly project status reports
Attention to detail in all aspects of project management demonstrating
a separation from tactical management/approach (project coordination)
and fully assuming and embracing the responsibilities of a Project
Manager
Demonstrate “leadership” – confidence and competence in the delivery
of projects that instills confidence in our clients that this individual can
be trusted to deliver their project on time, with quality, and maintaining
customer satisfaction
Consistently demonstrates the ability to maintain a Performance
Evaluation score = 3.75 over 2 or more Evaluation cycles
