Job Description

Role Overview
We are looking for a

Project Management Head (GM Level)

to lead high-value capital and infrastructure projects, with a focus on greenfield and brownfield plant setups. This role will own project delivery end-to-end, from conceptualization and design to execution and commissioning and will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities
Lead greenfield/brownfield chemical plant projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle.
Liaise with EPC partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment with technical and business goals.
Drive compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards and statutory regulations.
Implement project governance, documentation, and risk mitigation frameworks.
Present regular project updates to the CEO and Board.

Candidate Requirements
Education : B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from

IIT

(mandatory)
MBA

from a

Tier 1 or Tier 2

institution (preferred)
15–20 years of experience in project management, preferably in

chemical manufacturing

or with

EPC companies
Proven expertise in managing

greenfield projects

with high capital intensity
Strong technical understanding, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities

Preferred Background
Experience in

specialty chemicals ,

bromine derivatives , or

large-scale EPC projects
Track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex vendor ecosystems
