Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Implementation Lead with expertise in functional consulting, implementation, subject matter expertise, customer management, and process mapping. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be willing to travel within India and abroad if necessary. Roles and Responsibilities : Project Management : – Lead implementation projects from initiation to go-live and post-go-live support. – Define project scope, schedules, and budgets, and develop implementation plans with risk mitigation strategies. Client Interaction & Stakeholder Management : – Establish and maintain strong relationships with multiple client stakeholders. – Manage customer relationships across diverse geographies and ensure smooth project execution. Solution Development : – Work with customers to analyze business requirements and provide techno-functional solutions. – Conduct business workshops/CRP sessions as needed. Team Leadership : – Manage and mentor a team of 4-6 individuals to ensure smooth implementation and execution. – Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project deliverables align with expectations. Project Tracking & Reporting : – Monitor project status and, if necessary, adjust scope, schedule, or budget to meet project objectives. – Provide regular reports on project outcomes, risks, and escalations to senior management. Skills and Qualifications Required : – 7 years of overall experience in a techno-functional role. – Hands-on experience in implementation projects from start to finish. – Strong client interaction and stakeholder management skills. – Excellent written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills. – Ability to manage a team and lead project execution. – SQL skills are a plus. – Willingness to travel within India and abroad if necessary.
