This role involves leading and managing engineering activities across various programs, ensuring the successful integration of hardware, firmware, software, and testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage multiple engineering development programs in parallel
- Lead Integration activities for product success: Hardware design, Firmware development, Software development, and Testing
- Collaborate with customer success teams to deliver project results efficiently
- Implement new features and functionality for existing products
Required Skills
- Experience in Embedded product design lifecycle management with a proven track record of integrating hardware, embedded software, and software components
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams as an engineering manager or scrum master
- Degree in Engineering (Graduate/Post-Graduate)
