AGM Events – Client Servicing & Project Management

Job Description

Percept ICE a div of Percept Ltd is a leading Experiential Marketing and Event Management company, is looking for experienced talent in Client Servicing & Project Management to manage client relationships and oversee the planning and execution of high-impact events, brand activations and experiential projects. This role requires excellent client communication, project management, strategic planning and event management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing:

Act as the main contact for clients, understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction from project inception to completion.

Event Management:

Oversee pitching, strategy, event logistics, budgeting, and on-site execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Budget & Reporting:

Oversee and manage event budgets with the producton / operations team, track expenses, and deliver post-event reports.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, etc.) to execute seamless events, and manage on-site teams during events.

Marketing & Promotion:

Assist in pre-event marketing efforts and create event collateral as needed. Candidates with digital marketing knowledge in the experiential marketing scenario will have an added advantage.

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in event management or brand activations.
  • Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with mid to large-scale events, exhibitions, activations.
