Strategic Planning and Alignment :

  • Work closely with the founders and leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure that projects align with company goals and annual OKR’s

Project Management :

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects.
  • Define project timelines, milestones, and resources required.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across teams to ensure timely delivery

Operational Excellence :

  • Identify inefficiencies in internal processes and propose improvements to streamline operations.
  • Drive initiatives for process automation, scalability, and efficiency across different functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and client management

Budgeting and Resource Allocation :

  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and keeping within financial constraints.
  • Forecast future staffing and recruitment needs in line with growth goals.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

  • Act as a bridge between various teams (recruitment, operations, sales, HR, technology) to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Collaborate with the tech team to integrate recruitment technology and tools for better efficiency.

Data-Driven Decision Making :

  • Leverage analytics to monitor key metrics, performance, and project outcomes.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment trends, project status, and team productivity.
