From concept to execution, we bring events to life with creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of audience engagement.We’re now looking for a Social Media Manager who can help elevate our brand presence, engage our audience, and showcase the magic behind our events through compelling digital storytelling.Key Responsibilities:Develop & Execute Strategy: Build and implement creative, data-driven social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, , Twitter, You Tube, etc.) to promote events and enhance brand visibility.Content Creation & Curation: Collaborate with internal teams and creatives to plan and create visually engaging content including reels, stories, posts, and behind-the-scenes footage.Trend Spotting & Idea Generation: Identify trending formats, original concepts, and viral content opportunities relevant to the events and experiential marketing space.
Translate them into creative executions that resonate with our audience.Team Coordination: Work closely with the on-ground events team, photographers, and videographers to ensure timely capture of content and seamless delivery of assets for real-time and post-event promotion.Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and actively engage with followers, partners, and potential clients.Campaign Management: Lead paid and organic campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.Performance Tracking: Analyze content and campaign performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the design and events team to align social media with broader brand and business goals.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in events or entertainment sectors.Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content planning, and audience behaviour.Proven ability to create and execute trending content ideas relevant to the brand and industry.Excellent coordination skills to work with internal teams, especially those involved in capturing and producing content at events.Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, and basic video editing apps.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Highly creative, organized, and proactive with a strong eye for detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-energy environment.What We Offer:A chance to work on some of the most exciting events in the country.Creative freedom and ownership of digital presence.A fun, dynamic, and collaborative team culture.Growth opportunities within a fast-growing organization.Salary as per industry standards.
