Role Summary

We’re seeking an experienced SMO & SEO Manager to lead our organic digital strategy. This role focuses on boosting our online presence, driving high-quality traffic, and increasing brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    • Develop a comprehensive SEO strategy for on-page and off-page optimization.
    • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content development.
    • Optimize website content, metadata, and blog posts.
    • Monitor performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
    • Collaborate with content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices.
    • Manage backlink strategy and build relationships with relevant sites.
  • Social Media Optimization (SMO):
    • Develop a data-driven SMO strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube).
    • Optimize profiles, hashtags, and content timing for maximum reach and engagement.
    • Work with content creators to create engaging content aligned with brand voice.
    • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategy based on performance.
    • Collaborate with influencers to expand social reach and credibility.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in SEO and SMO.
  • Relevant experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage Manufacturing Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify), HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Passion for health, nutrition, or the wellness lifestyle is a big plus.
