About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who will lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and engage healthcare professionals. This role involves managing content marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Analyzing campaign performance, provide data-driven insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives will be few KRAs.
Key Responsibilities:
➤   Digital Strategy Development :
Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Focus on B2 B marketing to target HCPs, hospitals/Clinics, and distributors.
➤   SEO and SEM :
Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic traffic.
Plan and Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Linked In Ads) to maximize ROI.
➤   Social Media Management :
Oversee social media channels to build brand presence and engage with the target audience.
Develop campaigns to highlight product innovations and success stories.
➤   Analytics and Reporting :
Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Present data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
➤   Collaboration :
Work closely with product development, sales, and compliance teams to align marketing efforts.
Coordinate with external agencies for specialized campaigns or content creation.
➤   Budget Management :
Plan and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree – PGDM or MBA will be preferred.
Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hub Spot) will be an added advantage.
Key Skills
Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
Content Marketing Expertise : Proficiency in creating engaging, compliant content tailored to healthcare professionals and industry standards.
SEO and SEM Knowledge : Strong understanding of search engine optimization and paid advertising campaigns.
Data-Driven Decision Making : Experience in using analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
Social Media Management : Expertise in managing professional platforms like Linked In and creating targeted campaigns.
Regulatory Compliance : Familiarity with healthcare regulations and ensuring all marketing activities adhere to them.
Collaboration and Leadership : Ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead marketing initiatives.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years in digital marketing.  At least 2 years in the healthcare or medical device industry will be advantageous.
