We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive online marketing initiatives, elevate our brand presence, and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with Be U Natural’s growth objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
• Develop and oversee high-impact campaigns across social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing to maximize brand visibility.
• Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and create engaging content, interacting with our audience, and using analytics to optimize engagement.
• Collaborate with creative teams to create visually appealing and relevant content that highlights our services, locations, and customer testimonials.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine campaigns, optimize ROI, and report results to senior leadership regularly.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand reach and appeal.
• Work closely with the CRM team to design and execute remarketing strategies, keeping customers engaged and driving repeat business.
• Optimize Be U Natural’s digital presence for each salon location, ensuring accurate and appealing listings on Google My Business, Maps, and other relevant platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously refine and improve Be U Natural’s digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry
• Proven experience in managing successful digital campaigns across multiple channels
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools, social media platforms)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
