Job Description : As an SDE 2 – Backend Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services that power our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and high-performance applications. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are excited about tackling backend engineering : – Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services, APIs, and microservices. – Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. – Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features. – Ensure robust, maintainable, and well-documented code by following best engineering practices. – Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers. – Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications. – Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and backend development best practices. Requirements : – Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. – 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development. – Proficiency in at least one backend programming language ( Java, Go, etc. ). – Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL). – Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. – Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. – Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
