We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales position with experience in selling technology solutions, including web and app development, marketing automation, and e-learning solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities :
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the areas of web development, app development, marketing automation, and e-learning solutions. - Client relationship management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. - Sales presentations and product demonstrations :
Present and demonstrate the company’s solutions to potential clients in a professional manner, showcasing the value of our services. - Achieve sales targets :
Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas by closing deals with both new and existing clients. - Market research and analysis :
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and the latest technology advancements in the relevant sectors. - Prepare proposals and contracts :
Draft compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts that align with both client needs and company objectives. - Collaborate with internal teams :
Work closely with the project management, development, and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. - Attend industry events and conferences :
Represent the company at relevant trade shows, networking events, and conferences to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Key Requirements:
- Experience :
Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably in web development, app development, marketing automation, or e-learning solutions. - Proven track record :
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a technology or digital services field. - Communication skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Technical understanding :
A solid understanding of web and app development processes, marketing automation tools, and e-learning platforms. - Negotiation skills :
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. - Self-motivated :
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
