As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in identifying new sales opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and market research .
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
  • Understand prospects’ needs and align them with appropriate solutions.
  • Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for senior sales team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity targets and contribute to team sales goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate lead data in the CRM system .
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales , or a related field. (MBA preferred but not mandatory) .
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with fluency in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills .
  • Self-driven, positive attitude , confident, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and CRM tools is preferred (training will be provided) .
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in sales .
