As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in identifying new sales opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and market research .
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
- Understand prospects’ needs and align them with appropriate solutions.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for senior sales team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity targets and contribute to team sales goals.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate lead data in the CRM system .
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales , or a related field. (MBA preferred but not mandatory) .
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with fluency in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills .
- Self-driven, positive attitude , confident, and eager to learn and grow.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and CRM tools is preferred (training will be provided) .
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in sales .
