About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
B2B Business Development Manager
to drive revenue growth by expanding our footprint in the
Global Capability Centers (GCC) market . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the
GCC (Global Capability Centres) business landscape, strong networking capabilities, and a proven track record in B2B sales and consultative selling . This role requires proactive lead generation, account management, and strategic relationship building to position Recro as the go-to partner for technology hiring in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a
business development strategy
tailored for the
GCC (Global Capability Centres) market .
Identify, prospect, and convert potential
GCCs
into long-term business relationships.
Manage and nurture existing
GCC-based client
relationships to ensure continuous business growth.
Establish strong connections with key decision-makers, including HR heads, CTOs, and hiring managers in
Global Capability Centres .
Conduct
market research
to understand hiring trends and workforce demands within
GCCs .
Collaborate with internal teams, including
demand generation, resource management, and finance , to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop
customized proposals
and
negotiate contracts
aligned with client objectives.
Address and resolve client concerns promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Generate and analyze reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and key metrics.
Represent Recro at networking events, business conferences, and client meetings across the
GCC sector .
Requirements:
2-5 years
of experience in
business development, consultative sales, or B2B sales , preferably targeting
Global Capability Centres .
Proven ability to
identify new business opportunities
and convert leads into revenue.
Strong understanding of the
Global Capability Centers ecosystem, business culture, and market trends .
Track record in
building and managing high-value client relationships .
Working knowledge of
CRM systems and sales automation tools .
Strong
technical orientation , staying updated with the latest technologies and hiring trends.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in
English .
Ability to work with
data-driven sales targets
and consistently achieve goals.
Self-starter
with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Open to
flexible work timings
based on the target geographies.
Willingness to
travel frequently
within the
GCC segment
for client meetings and business expansion.
