Responsibilities

  • Sales planning :
    Create sales plans, including sales forecasts, goals, and territories
  • Analyze data to measure performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop sales strategies to meet customer needs
  • Developing rapport with clients, providing excellent customer service, and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Listening to customer requirements, conducting market research, and understanding industry trends.
  • Tracking sales performance, monitoring team performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
  • Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills:
    Essential for building relationships and closing deals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills:
    Crucial for engaging with customers and building trust.
  • Proficiency in CRM software:
    For managing customer interactions, sales leads, and sales data.
  • Analytical skills:
    For analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and developing sales strategies.
  • Product knowledge:
    Understanding the features, benefits, and value proposition of the products or services being sold.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team:
    Depending on the specific role, sales specialists may work individually or as part of a sales team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years' of sales or account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
