Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the investment banking sector.
  • Identify opportunities in IPOs, ECM transactions, M&A, capital raising, and corporate advisory.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with C-suite executives, SMEs, and other stakeholders.
  • Achieve revenue targets by offering tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Requirements

  • CA/ CFA/ MBA with 2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in financial services or investment banking.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, financial products, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
