Business Development Manager ( Mid-Market)

Location – Delhi

Level – Manager

Experience – 5-8 Years

Relevant field of Work – Solar/ Renewable Energy/EPC/Electrical Goods

Position Objective:
To achieve business potential between Retail and KAM segment to gain market Share for Sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quota for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume.
  • Responsible for customer profiling and segmentation for Business.
  • To develop Existing Customer base, servicing and close monitoring of existing customer base for continuous business from the segment.
  • Periodic meeting, organizing potential customer meets and Customer engagement programs.
  • Prepare and execute effective marketing campaigns in order to gain market awareness.
  • Continuously monitoring competition market share, product development, new initiatives in order to plan maintain leadership position in the market.
  • Develop excellent relationship with local authorities, Discoms, Developers to promote business in the territories.
  • Selling value proposition of the brand, with value adds like EPC Sales and Product Mix.
  • Hands on with government policies, local market dynamics, and competition in order to gain constant market leadership.
  • Possess excellent knowledge about the geography and industry.
  • Manage, guide and training the team to enhance their performance.
  • Sell to non-channel accounts who are doing multi-brands & increase Waaree’s Wallet Share

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Master’s Degree in Marketing / Sales / Business Development (Preferable).
  • 5-8 years total work experience and minimum 3 in B2B business.
