Product Design Lead – Adobe XD

Role & Responsibilities :

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft seamless and delightful digital experiences for our users. As part of our Product and Design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our client's user journey by designing intuitive, aesthetically compelling, and conversion-driven interfaces. The ideal candidate comes with experience in quick commerce or e-commerce platforms and a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

– Design elegant and functional user interfaces that enhance user engagement and drive conversions.

– Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to understand business goals and user needs.

– Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).

– Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and optimize designs based on data-driven insights.

– Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.

– Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our platform.

– Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning and design reviews.

Ideal Candidate :

– 4 to 6 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in quick commerce or e-commerce platforms.

– Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, wireframing, and prototyping.

– Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other relevant design tools.

– Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

– Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis to improve user flows.

– Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and iterate designs based on feedback.

– Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout.

– A keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting seamless digital experiences.

– Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
