Job Title: Customer Service Associate/International Voice Process/ Client support executive
Number of positions: 100 Seats
Work Mode: Work from office
Shift Details: Night shift
Experience : 0 – 5 years
Location: Coimbatore (H.O)

Responsibilities

• Receives payment and ensures proper posting to appropriate customer’s accounts
• Locates and monitors overdue accounts using the billing system
• Arranges for debt repayment or establishes a repayment schedule based on the customer’s financial situation
• Records/updates patient personal accounts where necessary with contact information
• Complies with applicable laws and regulations; including but not limited to HIPAA

Education

• Higher Secondary/ Diploma / Any Graduate

Eligibility

1 )Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2) Hands on experience in AR calling/ Intake Process
3) Candidates with proven track record in handling international voice based interactions including inbound and outbound sales.
4)Active listening skills to determine the best course of action to collect on patients accounts

*Note*

1) Immediate Joiners and customer service experience is an added advantage.
2) Freshers with Excellent communication skill are preferred
