Job Description

Responsibilities –
– Must have excellent command over English Language
– Dedicated to High Quality experience for customers and delivering high CSAT
– Ability to identify stated and unstated customer needs, follow quality metrics
– Being a travel consultant and help customers with their booking needs
– Manage financial transactions and processing payments adhering to security and verification policies
– Providing recommendations to customers and adhering to multiple process needs
– Responding to customers inquiries on their travel- changes/cancelations of their bookings
– Knowledge of Travel products, basic geography
– Alert management of potential security issues or client complaints
– Resolve customer complaints and issues
– Consultative assistance to customer
– Adhere to timelines schedules
Qualifications –
– 1 year experience in travel process ( past use of GDS Preferred )
