Laverne Fintech is sister concern of an Australian Organization – La Verne Capital Pty Ltd. We provide services in Financial Planning / Loans / Investments/ General Insurance for Australian Clients.
Experience: 0 – 6 years of experience of sales / customer service.
Shift timings: 05:00 AM – 02:00 PM IST (onsite role)
Duties and responsibilities:
Learning and understanding company insurance products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Generate sales leads.
Answering calls and responding to customer complaints.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information.
Recommending available products.
Requirements and skills:
Ideally a background in sales in a phone-based environment, but not essential
Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment would be an advantage
Be passionate about customer service and giving the customer a first-class customer experience on every call
Excellent communication and active listening skills with strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Willing to work in Australia time i.e., 05:00 AM – 02:00 PM IST
Social Media Marketing experience can be an added advantage
MS Office proficient

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000.00 per month
