Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Kannada and capable of managing the full spectrum of HR activities at the plant and corporate level. This role requires excellent leadership, employee engagement, compliance, and industrial relations expertise.

Key Lead and manage HR operations across multiple plant locations.

– Ensure compliance with all labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.

– Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.

– Maintain effective communication with plant leadership, union representatives, and employees.

– Drive talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives.

– Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training activities for plant-level staff.

– Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with organizational goals.

– Handle industrial relations, including negotiations with unions and employee welfare programs.

– Manage payroll, attendance, statutory filings, and HRIS systems.

– Promote a positive work culture and ensure high levels of employee engagement.

Candidate Profile:

– Bachelors/Masters Degree in Human Resources or related field.

– Minimum 25 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.

– Deep understanding of labor laws, compliance, and plant HR operations.

– Proven experience handling union negotiations and industrial relations.

– Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in Kannada (mandatory) and good proficiency in English.

– Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
