Job Title: Central HR Business Partner (IC Role)

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and data-savvy HR professional to join our team as a Central HR Business Partner. This is an individual contributor role that will support key HR initiatives, manage special projects, and drive data-based decision-making through effective reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a central HRBP supporting strategic HR initiatives across functions.
  • Manage and execute special HR projects with end-to-end ownership.
  • Maintain and analyze HR data to generate insights and reports for leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide support on workforce planning, engagement, and organizational development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HRBP or related HR role
  • Strong understanding of data management, HR reporting, and analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS tools
