Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and data-savvy HR professional to join our team as a Central HR Business Partner. This is an individual contributor role that will support key HR initiatives, manage special projects, and drive data-based decision-making through effective reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a central HRBP supporting strategic HR initiatives across functions.
- Manage and execute special HR projects with end-to-end ownership.
- Maintain and analyze HR data to generate insights and reports for leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Provide support on workforce planning, engagement, and organizational development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an HRBP or related HR role
- Strong understanding of data management, HR reporting, and analytics
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS tools
