Job Description

We are looking for UI/UX Designer – Remote Position : UI/UX developer Experience : 5 to 7 Yr (Relevant should be 4yrs) Shift : 2pm-10pm Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Mandatory Skills : Ui/Ux, Figma, HTML, CSS Main Responsibilities : – User Interface Design : Create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for web applications that align with TSYS brand and enhance the user experience. – User Experience Research : Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors and use insights to inform design decisions. – Wireframing and Prototyping : Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma to effectively communicate design ideas. – Collaboration : Work closely with the designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals. – Development Handoff : Prepare all design works for proper development handoff and collaboration. – Work closely with developers to make sure designs requirements are clearly executed. – Design Systems : Create, maintain and evolve the company’s design system to ensure consistency across all web applications. – Feedback Implementation : Gather feedback from users and team members to iterate on designs for continuous improvement. – Accessibility : Ensure all designs comply with web accessibility standards to provide an inclusive experience for all users – Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably within fintech or payment solutions. – Technical Skills : Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Axure, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other optimization tools. – Knowledge of HTML/CSS : Basic understanding of front-end technologies to effectively communicate with developers is a bonus. – Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work. – Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to solve complex design challenges creatively while considering user needs and business objectives. – Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Attributes : – Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with payment technologies and trends in the fintech space – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment – Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX website design work. – Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to solve complex design challenges creatively while considering user needs and business objectives. – Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams. – Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment typical of tech companies like TSYS, which emphasizes agile development practices – Experience : Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX design. Understanding of financial products and services. – Familiarity with regulatory compliance and security concerns in the fintech industry. – Design Tools : Fluent in Figma : Proficient in using variables to create dynamic prototypes. – Capable of enhancing and maintaining a Design System to ensure consistency across applications. – User-Centric Design : Strong skills in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. – Ability to create intuitive and accessible user interfaces.
