Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for designing seamless and engaging digital experiences, ensuring user-centric design principles are at the core of every project.Exp- 4 – 6 yearsMOW-Onsite (Bengaluru)Key Responsibilities:- User Research & Analysis – Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into design solutions.- Wireframing & Prototyping – Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using modern tools.- Visual & Interaction Design – Develop intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces, ensuring consistency across digital platforms.- Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life.- Usability Testing – Conduct A/B testing and gather feedback to refine user experiences.- Design System Management – Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.Required Skills & Expertise:- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other design tools.- Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and heuristic evaluation.- Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.- Ability to create responsive and mobile-first designs.- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles (not mandatory but a plus).- Strong storytelling and communication skills to present design concepts effectively.- Experience in working with Agile/Scrum teams.
