Job Description

We are looking for a talented PHP web and application developer with expertise in CodeIgniter.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness. They should have a strong understanding of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using PHP and the CodeIgniter framework.
  • Write clean well-documented and efficient code.
  • Design and optimize database structures using MySQL.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and web services.
  • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Troubleshoot debug and enhance existing applications.
  • Maintain code quality organization and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in PHP and the CodeIgniter framework.
  • Experience with MySQL HTML CSS JavaScript and jQuery.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
  • Understanding of MVC architecture and OOP concepts.
  • Ability to write secure and scalable code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Laravel or similar framework.
  • Basic knowledge of ReactJS/VueJS (optional but preferred).
  • Familiarity with Cloud Hosting (cPanel etc.).
  • Experience with payment gateway integration.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science IT or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 3+ years of experience in PHP development with CodeIgniter.
