UI/UX Designer – Figma/InVision
Job Description
Responsibilities : – Design compelling, usable interfaces to solve customer problems. – Create customer journey and wireframes. – Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team – own design hand-off and support the team on the development of your designs. – Conduct user research and incorporate the findings into your design work. – Stay up-to-date on modern web and mobile UX trends and drive system-level design changes accordingly. Requirements : – 3-5 years of UI/UX design experience. – Proficient in design software, i. e Invision, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD. – Proven experience as a UI designer and UX designer. – Experience in understanding user psychology and a passion towards design thinking. – Experience in using illustration software and creating beautiful animations and designs. – Problem-solving aptitude. – Have an analytical mind to align with the vision and business acumen. – Understanding of modern web design standards/frameworks (eg, accessibility). – Experience in working with the Design System.
