UI/UX Designer – Figma/Adobe XD

About the Role : We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, enhancing user experiences, and collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life. Key Responsibilities : Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and improve design based on user behavior. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI designs. Create design systems, UI components, and interactive elements for consistency. Optimize designs for accessibility, usability, and responsiveness across devices. Work closely with product and marketing teams to align designs with business goals. Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements : 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools. Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and human-centered design. Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus but not mandatory). Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
