UI Design Lead

Job Description

Role : As a design lead, you will take complex scenarios and convert them into simple, fluid, and delightful experiences, drive innovation through visual, interaction, and information design – You will be working and co-creating with talented and diverse individuals within the organization – You will drive projects in the design team from planning to managing projects, people and processes – You will be required to set design directions for new product initiatives while understating the platform’s design language system – You will be working closely with the tech team to optimise the front-end experience – You will be expected to deliver great outputs and set better standards of design and collaboration – You are expected to design understanding data and systems Preferred Candidate : – 9 years of UI design experience. A portfolio of samples that demonstrate your skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to articulate your ideas with various stakeholders – A passion for crafting products for the Indian audience while competing globally – An eagerness to use research and metrics to discover the most effective visual language for every context and to measure the impact of your work on furthering customer and product goals – The ability to strategically prioritize multiple projects and to decide where your efforts will have the most impact – A bachelor’s degree or higher in product design, industrial design, or information design from a reputable university (ref:hirist.tech)
