About the job : Key Responsibilities : UI/UX Design & Product Enhancements : – Design and improve user interfaces across all Culinary Digital SaaS products, ensuring consistency and accessibility. – Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications. – Maintain and enhance Culinary Digital’s design system, ensuring a unified design language across platforms. – Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI components. – Collaboration with Product Teams & Roadmap Alignment – Work closely with Product Owners to integrate UI/UX improvements into the product roadmap. – Engage with the Product Director to align designs with strategic business goals and market trends. – Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product discussions to ensure design priorities are considered in development cycles. – Provide UX research insights and recommendations to support product decision-making. – Product Documentation & Release Communication – Prepare designer presentations to communicate product features, design updates, and UX research findings. – Create visual assets for release launch emails, product documentation, and marketing materials to ensure clear and engaging communication. – Work with marketing and customer success teams to develop design-driven onboarding materials. User Research & Experience Optimization : – Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and UX audits to gather insights and optimize workflows. – Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture for new and existing features. – Identify pain points and areas for improvement, ensuring seamless user interactions across products. Design Testing & Accessibility Compliance : – Work with the QA team to validate UI elements for responsiveness, accessibility (WCAG/ADA compliance), and usability. – Optimize designs based on performance metrics, analytics, and customer feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications : – 6 -8 years of UI/UX design experience, specifically in B2B SaaS platforms. – Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools. – Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and user-centered design. – Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and align design with market trends. – Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) to collaborate effectively with developers. – Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and A/B testing. – Strong communication skills to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders. – Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional teams. – Portfolio showcasing UI/UX work on SaaS products is a must. Preferred Qualifications : – Experience in designing for food service, healthcare, ecommerce or hospitality industries. – Familiarity with AI-driven UI/UX enhancements and data-driven design. – Experience working with design systems and component libraries. – Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG, ADA compliance). – Ability to create design-driven marketing and sales materials. Requirements : Job Requirements – UI/UX Designer (B2B SaaS) – Culinary Digital Education & Experience : – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field. – 6-8 years of experience in UI/UX design for B2B SaaS applications. – Proven track record of revamping and improving UX for SaaS platforms, preferably in food service, healthcare, or enterprise applications. – Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work on SaaS products (required). Technical & Design Skills : – Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools. – Strong knowledge of user-centered design (UCD), usability testing, and UX research methodologies. – Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. – Understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design best practices. – Basic front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) to collaborate effectively with engineers. – Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA compliance). – Experience in A/B testing, heat maps, and analytics-driven design improvements. Collaboration & Communication : – Ability to work closely with Product Owners, the Product Director, and – Development Teams to align design with product roadmaps and business strategy. – Strong visual communication skills to create product documentation visuals, designer presentations, and release launch materials. – Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story refinement. – Ability to present and defend design decisions based on UX best practices, research, and business goals.
